Team Roles
Critical Care Transport R.N. (40 hours/week)
Required: Maryland R.N. license (B.S.N. preferred) within the last five years and two years of critical care (ICU) nursing experience preferred, or one year of ICU R.N. experience plus three years of CCT Paramedic experience, or three years of CCTT R.N. experience; current ACLS certification and valid driver's license
Preferred: Previous transport or EMS experience, EMS/Pre-hospital certification, additional nursing experience in emergency department setting, specialty certification in critical care/emergency or transport nursing

EMT Transport Technician (36 hours/week)
Required: Maryland Emergency Medical Technician certification with two years of full-time experience, Maryland Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.) license (or obtained within 90 days), high school diploma or GED and unrestricted driver’s license
Preferred: One year of full-time experience in critical care transport setting, experience in service-related health care occupation, experience as an Emergency Vehicle Operator
Paramedic Transport Technician
Required: Maryland Paramedic license with two years of full-time experience, current Maryland C.N.A. license (or obtain within 90 days), current D.C. Paramedic license (or obtain within 90 days), high school diploma or GED and unrestricted driver’s license
Preferred: One year of full-time experience as an Advanced Life Support Provider in critical care transport setting, experience in service-related health care occupation, experience as an Emergency Vehicle Operator

Transport Coordinator
(Supervisor, 40 hours/week)
Required: A.A. degree or equivalent and a professional level of knowledge of health care delivery systems or related field. Two years full-time (or equivalent) experience as a medical dispatcher and Maryland Emergency Medical Technician certification.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred. Previous work experience within a hospital-based critical care transport system. Previous supervisory experience preferred.
