Eligibility Criteria
- Localized low, intermediate or high-risk prostate cancer (Gleason 3+4 or higher), untreated
- Locally advanced (lymph node positive) prostate cancer, untreated
- Biochemically recurrent prostate cancer after local therapy (prostatectomy, radiotherapy) with rising PSA level
- Oligometastatic prostate cancer (5 or fewer metastases)
What you need before your visit
- All medical records about your diagnosis
- Pathology slides
- CD of bone scan and CT/MRI of abdomen and pelvis only if:
- PSA level is greater than 20, or
- Gleason score of 8, 9, or 10
- Insurance and demographic information
