The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine Office of the Registrar is the repository for all academic records for School of Medicine medical and graduate students; it is also the official office of record for postdoctoral fellows, house staff, and trainees.

What We Do
The Office of the Registrar is responsible for student scheduling, transcript preparation, medical licensure processing and certifications among a variety of other academic support services.
Major student activities coordinated through the Office of the Registrar include the SOM graduation/convocation ceremony and student orientation.
