Education Programs

The Department of Human Resources is dedicated to developing and strengthening our employees and future members of the workforce through a variety of educational and skills training programs.

These programs strive to empower current employees, youth and adult residents of the greater Baltimore community—especially East Baltimore—by equipping participants with the skills to succeed in an increasingly competitive workplace. JHH/JHHSC departments also benefit since the programs strengthen the workforce and address the ongoing concern of workforce shortages.

Many of these programs are supported through partnerships with local government, community-based organizations and community colleges.
