Housing Maryland’s only regional burn center, a designated level II trauma center and a pediatric center for emergency care, Johns Hopkins Bayview is well-prepared to provide the care necessary for the most complex cases, as well quality routine and specialty care.

We offer outpatient blood draw services at two locations on our campus with no appointment required for routine blood work.

Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center offers outpatient blood draw services in two locations:
Ground floor
Open Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Third floor
Open Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
No appointment is necessary for routine blood work. Patients must present a valid ID (along with a lab requisition or prescription for service) and register for service in the Patient Registration Office (located on the ground level of the BMO). If patients have had an outpatient appointment at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center within 24 hours prior to their arrival for lab work, they do not need to register before coming to the outpatient blood draw area.
