Marc Hamburger, MD, CEO, JHRP
Marc Hamburger is board-certified and a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery. He is the chairman of the Division of Otolaryngology at Howard County General Hospital, the CEO of Johns Hopkins Regional Physicians, the medical director at Piney Orchard Surgery Center and the director of ENTAA Care.

Rachel Hoover is the Chief Operating Officer for Johns Hopkins Regional Physicians and leads physician alignment and integration initiatives in partnership with physician leaders within the Office of Johns Hopkins Physicians.
