The Johns Hopkins Rehabilitation Network provides a wide spectrum of services, including inpatient rehabilitation at The Johns Hopkins Hospital and Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center. Patients undergo comprehensive, multidisciplinary rehabilitation and have access to our large team of experts.

Our programs are backed by extensive research, and accredited by the Joint Commission and the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities for specialty programs in inpatient adult rehabilitation and stroke.

Rehabilitation Nurse Liaisons

Our nurse liaisons are experienced, certified rehabilitation professionals who have served as nurses and case managers on acute inpatient rehabilitation units. Nurse liaisons work with patients and social workers, answering questions and helping them find the best care.

Rehabilitation Services

At the Johns Hopkins Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, we have experts in many different areas of rehabilitation, including physiatry, therapy, rehabilitation psychology, rehabilitation nursing, social work and case management. Our entire rehabilitation team works together to provide our patients a smooth continuum of care.

Attentive and caring, our medical staff takes the time to help patients better understand their condition and treatment options. Many physicians on our team are also involved in research, using science to expand their knowledge and inform their treatment approach.
