Stethoscope Ceremony
The Stethoscope Ceremony is a wonderful tradition that welcomes our newest members to the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine community. Receiving your first stethoscope serves as a milestone in the life of every medical student and symbolizes the journey that you are beginning. The stethoscopes and white coats are donated by generous school of medicine alumni through the Johns Hopkins Medical & Surgical Association (JHM&SA).
