- JH Student Assistance Program (JHSAP) offers goal-oriented counseling and support for the challenges of academic and personal life and helps connect students with other helpful resources within the University or community.

- SilverCloud is a Behavioral Health Self-Guided and Coaching program centered on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) with tools to deal with stress, anxiety, and mild depression
- The Department of Spiritual Care & Chaplaincy provides prayer, careful and sensitive listening, encouragement and comfort, exploration of hope, religious rituals, end of life care discussions, provision of sacred literature and devotional items, and assistance with religious/dietary observances. Please review the website for weekly worship services (Catholic Mass, Prayer time with the Chaplain, Jewish Minyan, Muslim Jumah Prayer, and Mindful Pause) as well as chapels and quiet places.

- Scheduled Counseling: on-going televideo counseling from a licensed provider.
- Psychiatry: Short-term, teletherapy psychiatry appointments for those who otherwise lack prompt access to psychiatry. Please contact JHSAP to receive an access code for TimelyCare psychiatry.

- LGBTQ+ students to explore and discuss their needs, joy, and concerns related to this area of identity that they hold
- Emotional Adulting skills group designed to help you work with your emotions from a space of compassion, awareness, non-judgment, and curiosity
